Baby Ethan is here!

Sunday night, as the final seconds of the Superbowl were counting down, Ethan Christopher Dufour came into the world and into our family.

We went to the hospital at about 2:45 Sunday afternoon, and Amanda was a little over 4cm. A couple hours later she was at 6cm and around 6:30 her water broke. 15 minutes later the labor started and 30 minutes after that Ethan took his first breath. There were no complications and no time for any drugs, everything went very smooth. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers.

He came in at 6.2lbs and 19.25 inches long. He's a very healthy strong boy. We're so excited about our growing family. All of you, our family and friends, will be a big part of his life and He can't wait to meet everyone! But until then there's always pictures.
